Rachel is an experienced manager, team-leader and coach. She has skills in a range of areas including change-management, IT, administration, sales and more. She is passionate about making sure that organisations and managers have the skills, knowledge and tools that they need to make the greatest difference possible.

Are you a small business owner/manager who is frustrated by how much valuable time and energy is wasted on clumsy admin systems and compliance? We are here to help you with the things that drain your time, energy and resources so that you can get back to the business of doing business. (You know what we mean).
Well that's a tricky question. For the Free help desk, our rule of thumb is any business with less than 10 staff. For our paid services we don't really mind how big or small you are. We would love to help Lift some of your Load. Let's have a chat about what you need.

Rachel is a great teacher! Because of her patience, her clear instructions and systems knowledge and ability to pass that on, I quickly learnt to manage our: staff calendars, financial software, website updating, supporter database and donor CRM. This saved a great deal of time and frustration and did away with the repetitive manual systems that had previously served.
