Rachel is a registered social worker who has skills and experience in management, IT, coaching, supervision, and front-line social work. She is passionate about making sure that organisations and managers have the skills, knowledge and tools that they need to make the greatest difference possible.

Working with people takes passion, courage and determination. In this day and age it also takes an enormous amount of paperwork, compliance and funding/contract applications. You need to be able to tell people what you do, how well you do it and why they should support you to keep on doing it. Without good resources and systems in place it's easy to begin to get lost beneath the admin load.
Your organisation focuses on helping the people. We are here to help you with those things that drain your time and resources so you can get on with the really important stuff.

Because of her patience, her clear instructions and systems knowledge and ability to pass that on, I quickly learnt to manage our: staff calendars, financial software, website updating, supporter database and donor CRM. This saved a great deal of time and frustration and did away with the repetitive manual systems that had previously served.
